IRB Infra Reports 19% Rise in Toll Collection for December 2024

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd and IRB Infrastructure Trust (Private InvIT) recorded a toll collection of Rs 5.8 billion in December 2024, reflecting a 19% increase from Rs 4.88 billion in December 2023. As India’s leading integrated multinational transport infrastructure developer in the roads and highways sector, IRB manages an asset base of approximately Rs 800 billion across 12 states through its parent company and two InvITs. "We've seen impressive growth across our portfolio this month. We anticipate this upward trend in toll collection to persist, fuelled by India's strong GDP growth, which is expected to drive higher vehicular traffic across our 12-state network," said Amitabh Murarka, Deputy CEO of IRB.
