India, Japan Sign Agreements Worth JPY 191.73 Billion for Six Projects

India and Japan have signed loan agreements totalling 191.736 billion Japanese yen under Japan’s Official Development Assistance (ODA) program to support six key projects. According to the finance ministry, the agreements cover initiatives in forest management, water supply, urban transport, aquaculture, biodiversity conservation, and investment promotion. Among these, the Tamil Nadu Investment Promotion Program (Phase 3) (TNIPP-III) has secured funding of JPY 36.114 billion. (PTI)
