In addition to the adventure zone, HMDA has already established an aviary, butterfly park, viewing points, and a boardwalk within Eco-Hill Park. The development and maintenance of the adventure activities will be undertaken by a private sector developer, who will also have the flexibility to introduce additional entertainment options within the designated area while preserving the existing ecosystem. The project is scheduled for completion within 12 months from the signing of the agreement.
Eco-Hill Park was developed to maintain the ecological balance around Himayatsagar while providing recreational amenities. Located near the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and overlooking the reservoir, the park has received funding from the state government for common infrastructure and key components. Further developments are planned under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
The adventure zone aims to create an eco-friendly recreational space that caters to visitors of all ages. The facility will feature adrenaline-inducing activities such as zip-lining, archery, gun shooting, high rope courses, bungee jumping, rock climbing, futsal, and multi-activity towers, promoting outdoor adventure while adhering to sustainable practices.
