Adani Group Invests $240M in Global Skills Academy

The Adani Group has announced a partnership with ITE Education Services (ITEES) of Singapore to establish a world-class talent pipeline for industries such as Green Energy, Manufacturing, Hi-tech, Project Excellence, and Industrial Design. The initiative will see an investment of over $240 million by the Adani family to set up internationally benchmarked schools of excellence, named Adani Global Skills Academy.

These finishing schools will train students from technical and vocational backgrounds, equipping them with industry-relevant certifications. Graduates will have employment opportunities within the Adani Group as well as other industry sectors, ensuring they are first-day, first-hour job-ready.

The flagship campus in Mundra, Gujarat, will be the world’s largest finishing school for technical training, skilling over 25,000 students annually. The academy will offer an immersive learning experience with innovation centers, AI-based simulators, and mixed-reality training in a fully residential setting.

Adani’s collaboration with ITEES Singapore will focus on academic quality assurance, certification-led learning, and faculty exchange programs to align with global skill standards.

“This partnership is critical to our initiative as a Group to build high-level technical talent and is in line with our commitment towards the Make-in-India focus across our portfolio. With deep engagement across academic quality assurance, certification-led learning pathways, faculty and student exchange programs and leadership development, this partnership will embed the best of application-led learning to support industries across sectors, thus contributing to Viksit Bharat,” said Robin Bhowmik, CEO of Adani Skills & Education.

Through this meaningful partnership, ITEES aims to enhance skill development and create lasting impact by transforming education and lives,” said Suresh Natarajan, CEO for ITEES, Singapore.
