YEIDA Launches 20 Plots in New Housing Scheme

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has introduced a new group housing scheme to stimulate residential development, offering 20 plots across Sectors 17, 18, and 22D.
The scheme includes six plots in Sector 17, five in Sector 18, and nine in Sector 22D, with plot sizes ranging from 11,513.72 sqm to 89,034 sqm. In Sector 17, the plots measure between 11,513.72 sqm and 24,282 sqm, priced at a base rate of Rs 32,375 per sqm. Sector 18 offers uniformly sized plots of 16,188 sqm, while Sector 22D features the largest variety, with sizes starting at 20,235 sqm and extending up to the largest plot, spanning 89,034 sqm.
Developers interested in the scheme must pay a registration fee or earnest money deposit (EMD) ranging from ?3.73 crore to Rs 3 billion. The application window opened on Thursday and will remain available until December 18. The allocation of plots will be conducted through an e-auction scheduled for January 20, with incremental bid values set at 1% of the base price.
This initiative aims to encourage residential construction along the Yamuna Expressway, catering to the growing demand for housing in the region.
