Omaxe Group Unveils BeTogether to Drive Urban Development

Omaxe Group has launched BeTogether, a new real estate brand focused on transforming urban infrastructure through joint ventures and public-private partnerships (PPP). The initiative aims to address infrastructure gaps, drive socio-economic growth, and create vibrant urban centers across India. The brand’s current projects involve an investment exceeding Rs 28 billion, with an estimated revenue potential of over Rs 50 billion in the next three to five years.

Led by Rohtas Goel, non-executive chairman, along with Mohit Goel, MD and founder of BeTogether, and Jatin Goel, ED of Omaxe Group and co-founder of BeTogether, the initiative seeks to modernize India’s real estate landscape.

BeTogether's portfolio includes BeTogether Centre Point Vrindavan, a joint venture project aimed at modernizing Vrindavan, and multiple PPP projects with the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) to upgrade bus terminals in cities such as Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Kaushambi, Ayodhya, Amausi, and Prayagraj.

The initiative also aims to revive stalled or underutilized real estate projects by leveraging Omaxe’s expertise and resources, ensuring timely completion and boosting investor confidence.

Omaxe Group has a strong track record of delivering landmark projects, including Omaxe World Street in Faridabad, Omaxe New Chandigarh, Omaxe Chowk in Chandni Chowk, and the upcoming The Omaxe State at Dwarka. With BeTogether, the company aims to contribute to India’s urban transformation goals, including Smart Cities and Housing for All, by creating modern infrastructure and sustainable urban spaces.
