MoU Signed for World Trade Centre Thiruvananthapuram at Technopark

An MoU for establishing the 'World Trade Centre (WTC) Thiruvananthapuram' on non-SEZ land in Technopark Phase-I was signed by Technopark CEO Sanjeev Nair and Brigade Enterprises Ltd COO Hrishikesh Nair. The agreement was officially presented by Brigade Group Executive Chairman Jaishankar to Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, in the presence of senior officials including Chief Secretary Sarada Muraleedharan and E&IT Secretary Rathan U Kelkar.
Technopark CEO Sanjeev Nair remarked that the premium office spaces in WTC Thiruvananthapuram would enhance the IT infrastructure of Technopark, helping attract more IT/ITeS companies and investments to Thiruvananthapuram as a leading IT destination.
Jaishankar highlighted the success of WTC Kochi, expressing confidence in WTC Thiruvananthapuram becoming an international landmark. He outlined plans to develop over one million square feet of premium office space, including a business-class hotel.
Brigade Enterprises Ltd, already developing the IT building Brigade Square in Technopark Phase-I, has committed to creating A-grade IT office spaces and a five-star hotel equipped with facilities for business meetings, events, and conferences as part of the WTC project.
