Godrej properties secures prime land in Hyderabad, enhancing its market presence

Godrej Properties recently acquired around three acres of land in Kokapet, Hyderabad, and the company's second land procurement in the city. This acquisition has increased the potential booking value in Hyderabad to Rs 48 billion. The land's development is expected to yield approximately 1.2 million square feet of saleable area, mostly consisting of premium residential apartments in different configurations. The estimated booking value for this project is around Rs 1,300 billion.

Prior to the recent acquisition, in February 2024, the company had acquired around 12.5 acres of land in Rajendra Nagar. The estimated development potential of this land is approximately four million square feet of saleable area, primarily consisting of residential apartments. The expected revenue from this project is approximately Rs 35 billion.
