Godrej Properties on land-buying spree for housing projects

Real estate company Godrej Properties will buy many land parcels this fiscal year with sales revenue potential of about 150 million after development in an effort to capitalise on the robust home demand. Godrej Properties was highly aggressive in its land purchase strategy during the most recent fiscal year, adding 18 additional land lots with a 320,000 million dollar post-development sales potential.

In response to a question regarding the FY24 guidance for new business development, which includes outright land purchases and joint development agreements (JDAs) with landowners, he stated that the amount has now been set at $150,000 million in this fiscal.
