Cybercity Developers has launched Villa Verde, an ultra-luxurious villa community at Green Hill Road in Hyderabad’s Hitec City. The 13.4-acre development features 89 high-end villas ranging between 300 and 440 square yards, with striking design elements and indulgent amenities.

The project was officially unveiled by celebrated interior designer Sussanne Khan, founder of The Charcoal Project, who also announced a design collaboration with the developers.

Billed as ‘uber-luxury’, Villa Verde boasts a 100-foot grand entrance arch and a 100-foot approach road, setting the tone for the opulence within.

Marking 20 years of Cybercity Developers, the company noted that each villa is designed to offer unmatched comfort and sophistication—including a minimum of three car parks and a private terrace swim spa.

In addition, the project offers over 15 indoor amenities and more than 35 outdoor amenities, all curated across 1.4 acres of open space to deliver a lifestyle steeped in elegance and exclusivity.
