BPTP to Invest Rs 30 Bn in Luxury Housing in Gurugram

Delhi-NCR-based real estate developer BPTP has announced an investment of Rs 30 billion to develop a luxury residential project in Gurugram’s Sector 102, located on the Dwarka Expressway.

Named ‘BPTP Amstoria Verti-Greens’, the project will be developed in three phases, with the first phase already receiving RERA approval. The luxury development will feature 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, ranging from 1,600 sq ft to 2,400 sq ft, and will be set across a prime 12.05-acre land parcel. In the first phase, BPTP plans to deliver 855 residential units, with the entire project expected to generate a topline of Rs 65 billion. The launch price is set at Rs 19,000 per sq ft With its strategic location and premium offerings, BPTP Amstoria Verti-Greens is poised to redefine luxury living in Gurugram, further enhancing the residential landscape along the Dwarka Expressway corridor.
