The Bihar Government has initiated plans to build three five-star hotels in Patna to promote tourism and strengthen the state’s industrial ecosystem. The Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation (BSTDC) has issued e-tenders for developers under a publicprivate partnership model. The hotels will be built at Hotel Patliputra Ashok, Bankipore Bus Stand, and Sultan Palace. Approved on September 10, 2024, developers will receive 90-year lease rights, with a 60-year initial lease.
