Punjab Mandi Board Floats Tender for 9.6 MW Rooftop Solar Projects

The Punjab Mandi Board has issued nine tenders for a total of 9.6 MW grid-connected rooftop solar projects in Punjab. The scope of work includes supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning on-grid rooftop solar power projects at various locations.
The project must be completed within two months. Bidders are required to submit one bid for each project or work package.They must have a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated work cost in the last three financial years.
Bidders must have completed at least one of the following works in the past five financial years:
• One similar work with a value of no less than 80% of the estimated cost
• Two similar works, each with a value of no less than 50% of the estimated cost
• Three similar works, each with a value of no less than 40% of the estimated cost
Bidders must also provide an undertaking to invest at least 25% of the contract value during the project’s implementation.

The scope of work includes setting up rooftop solar projects in the Patiala, Malerkotla, and SAS Nagar districts.
Bidders must have completed at least one of the following works in the last five financial years:
• One similar work valued at a minimum of ?41.77 million (~$486,942)
• Two similar works, each with a value of at least ?26.1 million (~$304,266)
• Three similar works, each with a value of at least ?20.88 million (~$243,413)

The scope of work includes setting up rooftop solar projects in the Sangrur and Ludhiana districts.
Bidders must have completed at least one of the following works in the last five financial years:
• One similar work with a value of at least ?39.47 million (~$460,129)
• Two similar works, each with a value of at least ?24.67 million (~$287,595)
• Three similar works, each with a value of at least ?19.73 million (~$230,006)
