Jharkhand Issues EPC Tenders for 14 MW Solar Projects

The Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA) has issued two requests for proposals concerning the engineering, procurement, and commissioning of a total of 14 MW of grid-connected ground-mounted solar projects on government land located in Palamu and East Singhbhum districts.

The deadline for bid submissions is September 23, 2024, and the bids will be opened on September 25.

Bidders are required to provide a performance security deposit amounting to 5% of the operation and maintenance (O&M) contract price. The completion timeframe for the projects is 12 months.

Successful bidders will also be tasked with managing the project?s comprehensive operation and maintenance for a period of 25 years. Additionally, they must submit a contract security deposit of 10% of the total contract value within 30 days of receiving the letter of intent.
