Indian Oil Issues Tender to Replace 1 MW Solar Modules at Jodhpur
The last date for bid submissions is January 12, 2025. Bidders must provide an earnest money deposit of Rs 94,500.
Successful bidders are required to review the plans and drawings provided, along with other related documents, and inform the engineer-in-charge of any discrepancies or errors before the work begins. A performance security of 2.5% of the contract value must be submitted, or alternatively, a 10% security deposit of the contract value.
The project must be completed within 24 months.
Bidders should have an annual turnover of Rs 11.33 million in any of the last three financial years. Additionally, they must have completed similar work in the last seven years, either as the main contractor or as a subcontractor. The qualifications include:
Similar work involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar modules of 300 kWp or more under a single work order.
In October 2024, IOCL also invited bids for the annual operation and maintenance of 4,360 kW rooftop solar systems at its Paradip Refinery & Township in Odisha.
Additionally, the company sought bids for technical consultancy services for setting up renewable energy projects across India.
