Thyssenkrupp wins EPC contract from Indian Oil

Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions India announced that it has received a USD 75 million (approximately Rs 6 billion) contract from Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL). Thyssenkrupp has been awarded the EPC contract by IOCL for a 270 KTPA Catalytic Dewaxing Unit (CDWU) for their Baroda Refinery in Gujarat, India. The CDWU is an important unit in the production of lube base oils and is used in the production of lubricants. With its experience in implementing various refinery and petrochemical projects, thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions will carry out this project on an LSTK basis. According to reports, the engineering of the unit will be based on the package received from Chevron Lummus Global.
