Shree Cement to start work on a new unit in Karnataka

In the Bengaluru Rural area of Karnataka, Shree Cement intends to build a cement grinding and bagging operation with a three million tpa capacity at Doddaballapur.

The project will take up a block of land that is 70 acres large.

The project received state high level clearance committee approval in May 2021. (SHLCC).

Projects Today was informed that Shree Cement is awaiting environmental approval for the project.

The supplier list and contractor are currently being finalised.

By Q3/FY24, the company hopes to begin development on the project.
