Worldwide Realty to Invest Rs 3.2 Bn in 22-Acre Housing Project in Manesar


Worldwide Realty, a prominent real estate firm based in Gurugram, will invest approximately Rs 3.2 billion to develop a 22-acre housing project in Manesar, Haryana, under the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jan Awas Yojna (DDJAY) scheme. The company is developing the Golden Residences project, where it has already sold some housing plots. It will soon launch 400 independent floors for sale, with plans to launch more units in subsequent phases.

Vikas Aggarwal, Chief Operating Officer of Worldwide Realty, shared that the total investment for the entire 22-acre project would be around Rs 320 crore, with independent floors starting at a price of Rs 1.7 crore each. The company has already developed the infrastructure for the project, which is part of the larger 180-acre integrated township, The Golden City.

Within this township, 118 acres have been developed into an industrial park, while the remaining 40 acres are reserved for future development. Aggarwal highlighted the growing demand for both residential and industrial space in Manesar, a key destination for both homebuyers and investors.
