UP-RERA is hearing complaints of special nature
Uttar Pradesh real estate regulatory authority (UP-RERA) has constituted a division bench at its Lucknow headquarters chaired by Sanjay Bhoosreddy, chairman of the authority. If ten or more allottees of a particular project, association of allottees (AoA) and resident welfare association (RWA) file complaints with the authority, the complaints of allottees of such project will heard by a division bench. All the complaints filed by the promoters against the allottees (cross-complaints) will also be heard by the division bench. Bhoosreddy said that the arrangement of division bench will ensure uniformity and equity in decisions in important matters, quick and smooth enforcement of orders.
