Temporary stops and additional halts announced for Festival Special Trains


West Central Railway has announced a temporary halt at Sanchi Station for the No 12615/12616 MGR Chennai Central - New Delhi - MGR Chennai Central Grand Trunk Express, in connection with the 71st anniversary of the Chetiyagiri Vihara festival in Madhya Pradesh.

The train departing from Chennai will make a stop at the station at 7:13 pm, while the train departing from New Delhi will have a stop at the station at 2:36 am.

Additionally, East Coast Railway has informed about additional stoppages at Kottavalasa, Srikakulam Road, and Brahmapur Stations for the No. 06081/06082 Tambaram - Bhubaneswar ? Tambaram Festival special trains.

The train originating from Tambaram will make stops at Kottavalasa at 3:20 am, Srikakulam Road at 4:53 am, and Brahmapur at 6:45 am.
