Sunteck Realty posts Rs 346.2 million profit in Q2 FY25
Sunteck Realty reported a net consolidated profit after tax of Rs 346.2 million for the quarter ending 30 September 2024, marking a significant turnaround from a loss of Rs 139.4 million in the same period last year, as per a BSE filing. The company’s net consolidated total income rose to Rs 1.82 billion in Q2 FY25, compared to Rs 362.2 million in Q2 FY24.
Additionally, pre-sales increased by 32.7% year-on-year to Rs 5.24 billion, while collections grew by 24.8% to reach Rs 2.67 billion, reflecting robust operational performance.
