RPP Infra Rises 4.13% on ?628M Tamil Nadu Project


RPP Infra Projects' stock surged 4.13% to Rs 140 after securing a Rs 627.8 million contract for widening the Avinashi-Mettupalayam Road (SH-80) in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. The project, awarded by the Superintending Engineer (N) C(M) P Office, includes upgrading the highway from two to four lanes, reconstructing a box culvert, and constructing drainage systems and retaining walls.

The project is set for completion within 15 months.

RPP Infra, known for its expertise in roads, buildings, industrial structures, power, and irrigation, also reported a strong 17.1% YoY increase in Q3 FY25 net profit, reaching Rs 188.7 million. Revenue from operations grew 9% YoY to Rs 3.55 billion for the quarter ending December 31, 2024.
