PSP Projects Secures Ahmedabad Contracts Worth Rs 17.64 Bn
PSP Projects has secured infrastructure and construction contracts worth Rs 17.64 billion in Ahmedabad, strengthening its presence in the region. The company’s order inflow for FY25 has now reached Rs 34.78 billion, as per its stock exchange filing.
Among the major projects, the City Side Development project at Ahmedabad Airport, valued at Rs 6.47 billion, has been awarded by Adani Airport Holdings, with a scheduled completion period of 18 months. Additionally, the construction of the Adani Medicity & Research Center, worth Rs 4.11 billion, has been entrusted to PSP Projects by Vitthal Mandir, with an estimated completion timeline of 24 months.
In the residential sector, Adani Realty has assigned a Rs 1.39 billion contract for a housing project at Shantigram, Ahmedabad, to be completed within 22 months. Another contract at Shantigram, worth Rs 1.47 billion, has been awarded by Adani Enterprises with an execution period of 18 months. Furthermore, Ahmedabad International Airport has granted a Rs 2.23 billion contract for Airside & Landside development, to be completed within 12 months.
The training centre at Shantigram, valued at Rs 610.07 million, has also been assigned by Adani Enterprises, with an expected completion period of 18 months. Meanwhile, Sevadaan Arogya Foundation has awarded a Rs 510 million contract for the Vishram Gruh development at the Asarva Civil Hospital Campus, with a 20-month timeline.
In addition to these large-scale projects, PSP Projects has secured smaller contracts and amendments totalling Rs 820.24 million. The company has also won a street development project in Ahmedabad as the lowest bidder, valued at Rs 1.20 billion (excluding GST). These projects significantly enhance PSP Projects’ infrastructure portfolio and expand its execution pipeline for the upcoming fiscal year.
