Progress Accelerates on Siramtoli-Mecon Flyover in Ranchi

Chief Minister Hemant Soren inspected the construction progress of the Siramtoli-Mecon flyover in Ranchi on Tuesday. His wife, JMM MLA Kalpana Soren, and key officials from the Road Construction Department accompanied him during the site visit.

The Chief Minister emphasized the ongoing efforts to expedite the project and mentioned the significant advancements made over the past two years. He stated that the government aimed to complete the project well ahead of schedule, building on the successful and timely completion of other flyovers.

The flyover, which spans 2.34 kilometres, including a 132-meter stretch over a railway line, is a major infrastructure investment in the region, with an estimated cost of Rs 3.40 billion. The inauguration of the Kantatoli flyover earlier this month further demonstrated the government's commitment to reducing urban traffic congestion.
