PM Modi to virtually inaugurate Rewa Airport on Oct 21


Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually inaugurate the newly constructed Rewa Airport in Madhya Pradesh on October 21 from Varanasi. The primary ceremony will take place at the Rewa Airport premises.

The event will be attended by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, Union ministers, and the district's in-charge minister. Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla, who inspected the venue on October 11, reviewed the preparations for the grand opening.

During the meeting at the airport, Shukla highlighted that the Rewa Airport marks a major milestone for the Vindhya region. He emphasised that the new facility, capable of handling 72-seater aircraft, will significantly enhance tourism and drive growth across sectors including healthcare, engineering, education, trade, and industry.
