PM Modi Inaugurates Vantara Wildlife Rescue Initiative in Gujarat


Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Vantara, a unique wildlife conservation, rescue, and rehabilitation initiative in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Praising Anant Ambani and his team for their compassionate efforts, he described Vantara as a safe haven for animals while promoting ecological sustainability and wildlife welfare. 

Sharing his thoughts on social media, PM Modi highlighted the importance of protecting animals and expressed admiration for the care being provided. During his visit, he saw an elephant recovering from an acid attack and others injured by human negligence, including elephants blinded by their handlers and one hit by a speeding truck. 

He also witnessed the recovery of a lioness with severe spinal injuries after a vehicle accident and a leopard cub abandoned by its family receiving proper nutritional care. 

PM Modi commended the Vantara team for their dedication to animal welfare and called for greater kindness and responsibility towards animals.
