Omaxe Group Wins Rs 27 Billion UP Bus Terminal Project


Omaxe Group’s brand BeTogether has secured a contract from the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) to modernise six major bus terminals in Ghaziabad, Lucknow (Gomti Nagar and Amausi), Prayagraj, Kaushambi, and Ayodhya under the public-private partnership (PPP) model. 

With a total investment of Rs 27 billion, the project aims to enhance public transport infrastructure while integrating modern commercial spaces. The combined built-up area across the six terminals will cover 7.08 million sq ft, with a saleable area of 45.59 lakh sq ft. The projects are projected to generate over Rs 47 billion in revenue.
