NBCC signs MoU with ITD for Rs 2.63 billion project in Kanpur
NBCC (India) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Income Tax Department to undertake the construction of the "Pratyaksha Kar Bhawan" in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The project will include a residential complex and a multi-story training facility in Kheora Bangar.
The estimated project cost is Rs 2.63 billion, with completion targeted within 30 months of commencement.
Separately, NBCC has been awarded a Rs 1.36 billion contract by New India Assurance for demolition, design, construction, and furnishing of four buildings in Mumbai’s Andheri and Malad areas. (ET)
