Mumbai: 360 ONE Co-founder Purchases Rs 1.58 bn Penthouse in Worli
Yatin Shah, the co-founder of the financial services firm 360 One, reportedly acquired a sea-view penthouse in one of the super-luxury residential towers located on Dr Annie Besant Road in Mumbai’s upscale Worli area for more than Rs 1.58 billion.
According to sources, Shah, along with his wife, purchased the luxury duplex apartment, spanning 10,312 sq ft across the top two floors of the tower, from Prime Realty LLP, a development company whose directors include politician and industrialist Praful Patel and his family members.
The deal, valued at approximately Rs 1.54 lakh per sq ft, places it among the most expensive transactions per square foot in the country.
The buyer is said to have paid over Rs 90.51 million in stamp duty charges for the registration of the deal, which took place on October 30, with the transaction being finalized on October 28, as indicated by documents accessed via Zapkey.com.
The property reportedly covers the entire 29th and 30th levels, occupying two full habitable floors in the tower. The 29th level, with 5,513 sq ft of space, includes living areas, while the 30th level, with 4,799 sq ft, leads to a private terrace that extends across 7,355 sq ft.
Shah is also the CEO of 360 ONE’s wealth business. The firm, 360 ONE WAM, founded by Karan Bhagat and Shah, is listed on the stock exchanges and is one of India’s largest wealth and asset management firms. 360 ONE serves over 7,500 families in the High Net Worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra HNI segments, with aggregate assets exceeding $68 billion under management.
