This collaboration will add over 1 million job opportunities annually to the National Career Service (NCS) Portal, bolstering domestic employment prospects.

Key Benefits of the MoU:
- Expanded Job Access: NCS users will gain wider employment opportunities across metropolitan and non-metropolitan cities.
- Seamless Integration: APNA will publish job listings on the NCS Portal, streamlining employer-candidate connections across formal and informal sectors.
- Inclusive Hiring: The initiative will promote equal opportunities for women and persons with disabilities, fostering a fair and diverse recruitment landscape.
- Diverse Talent Pool: APNA will leverage NCS’s extensive candidate database, while MoLE will ensure smooth integration through user-friendly online and offline interfaces.
- Strengthening the Job Market: The partnership aligns with NCS’s mission to cultivate a dynamic and inclusive job ecosystem, supporting job seekers from all backgrounds.
This strategic collaboration marks a significant step towards bridging the gap between talent and employment, driving economic growth and workforce development in India.
