Mahindra Lifespaces Acquires 8.2 Acres in Bengaluru


Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), through its subsidiary Anthurium Developers (ADL), has acquired 8.2 acres of land in North Bengaluru.

This acquisition provides a developable potential of approximately 0.9 million square feet of saleable area, with a projected gross development value (GDV) of nearly Rs 10 billion.

In November 2024, Mahindra World City Developers (MWCDL), a subsidiary of MLDL, in partnership with Japan's Sumitomo Corporation, announced the second phase of their industrial parks project in Tamil Nadu. (ET)
