Maharashtra to get 220 projects worth Rs 2 trillion


Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved nearly 225 projects worth Rs 2 trillion for Maharashtra. While work on some of these projects has already begun, work on the others will begin soon. The central government has also approved railway projects worth Rs 750 billion and road infrastructure projects worth Rs 500 billion for the state of Maharashtra alone. When the government spends so much money on infrastructure projects, it creates a lot of new jobs. Numerous job opportunities will be available to Maharashtra residents in the future.
