Krisumi Partners with Cushman & Wakefield for Waterfall Residences


Krisumi Corporation has partnered with Cushman & Wakefield Property Management Services India Pvt. Ltd. to oversee operations at its luxury residential project, Waterfall Residences, in Sector 36A, Gurugram. The collaboration aims to enhance the living experience by ensuring seamless maintenance and service quality.

Cushman & Wakefield will manage Phase 1 of Waterfall Residences, a key component of the Krisumi City township. Their scope includes maintaining common areas, managing the exclusive clubhouse, and implementing a robust complaint resolution system.

Krisumi Corporation has also received the occupancy certificate for Waterfall Residences. Spread across 5.43 acre, the project comprises 433 luxury apartments and 77 units for the Economically Weaker Section. The development features a 36,000-square-foot clubhouse with state-of-the-art amenities, reflecting Japanese-inspired design and sustainability principles.

Krisumi Corporation, a joint venture between Krishna Group and Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation, is developing the 33.38-acre Krisumi City in phases. Following the completion of Phase 1, Phase 2 (Waterfall Suites), featuring 320 luxury units, is set for delivery by December 2028. The company also launched Phase 3 and Phase 4 in the second half of 2024, comprising Waterside Residences and Waterfall Suites-II, collectively offering 1,051 units.
