KPDL signs two new residential projects in Pune


Kolte-Patil Developers (KPDL), a builder with headquarters in Pune, has committed to two new residential development projects in Pune with a combined top-line potential of Rs 1,300 crore and an estimated saleable size of 1.9 million square feet.

Both NIBM Road (Kondhwa) and Wagholi's Nagar Road are the locations of these projects. The business purchased five acres of land in Wagholi with a potential revenue of $400 billion and a developable area of roughly 7.5 lakh square feet. For the project, which has an estimated developable potential of roughly 11.5 lakh sq ft and income potential of Rs 900 crore, KDPL joined into a joint venture at NIBM Road.

The company recently signed two society redevelopment projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with total saleable area of 7.3 lakh sq ft translating into top- line potential of Rs 1,200 crore. These two projects are located in Mulund-West in Mumbai and Vashi in Navi Mumbai.
