Kaynes Opens New Electronics Plant Near Hyderabad


Kaynes, a provider of electronic system design and manufacturing solutions, inaugurated a new electronics manufacturing facility near Hyderabad.

The new plant, located at the industrial park in Kongara Kalan in Rangareddy district, features advanced manufacturing technologies such as high-precision electronic assembly, 3D optical and AI-enabled inspection systems, and lead-free/RoHS-compliant processes. Designed with a focus on sustainability, the facility aims to reduce environmental impact while enhancing production efficiency. According to a press release from Kaynes Technology, the plant will serve various sectors, including automobiles, medical electronics, aerospace, and telecommunications.

The company's managing director, Ramesh Kunhikannan, remarked that the opening of the Hyderabad facility marks a significant milestone for the company. He noted that the state-of-the-art plant not only boosts their manufacturing capabilities but also positions Kaynes Technology as a leader in the global electronics manufacturing industry.

Kunhikannan added that the facility would help in developing smarter and more sustainable solutions for customers worldwide. Telangana Legislative Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar was present at the inauguration event.
