IDA issues tender for infra development in TPS 9 and 10 in Indore
The Indore Development Authority has issued tenders worth Rs 5.12 billion for the building of waterlines, sewerage, drainage, roads, and other projects for the TPS 9 and TPS 10 scheme, which encompass 480 hectares of land.
Along with these changes, major and internal road building will be carried out in accordance with the master plan, and gardens and other social facilities will be built on 5% of the area.
These proposals call for building cement concrete highways with widths between 9 and 30 and 45 metres.
Both TPS-9 and TPS-10 have received administrative permission in the amount of Rs 9.16 billion and Rs. 7.93 billion, respectively.
The internal roadways of the TPS-9 system, which is being developed on 259.824 hectares of land owned by Bhicholi Hapsi, Tigaria Rao, and Kanadia, will be 9, 12, and 18 metres wide, in accordance with the master plan, to prevent future issues.
The board has granted administrative clearance for this programme in the amount of Rs 9.16 billion, out of which Rs 2.90 billion in bids have been requested.
Similar to this, the TPS-10 scheme is being put into practise on 220.87 hectares of Bada Bangarda, Palakhedi, Tigaria Badshah, and Limbodagari, where internal roads with widths ranging from 9 to 24 metres and a major road with a 45-metre width are present.
