The Jaisalmer project's electricity can be transmitted via intra-state open access, while the Balotra and Visakhapatnam projects will utilize a behind-the-meter consumption system.

Financial requirements for bidders vary: an average turnover of ?72.6 million is needed for Jaisalmer, ?97.5 million for Balotra, and ?9 million for Visakhapatnam, based on the past three years. Bidders must also demonstrate experience in executing similar floating solar projects, with specific capacity requirements.
