The inaugurated projects include a transit accommodation facility with a parking floor, site development for the regional hospital in Kullu at Tegubehar (costing Rs 2.98 crore), a newly constructed OPD block, and an integrated rehabilitation center for female drug addicts (costing Rs 24 lakh).

Additionally, Sukhu laid the foundation for several flood protection works under the state disaster mitigation fund, including:

Flood protection near the rafting center in Pridi tehsil (Rs 3.63 crore). Embankment protection from Lower Shastrinagar to Badah Kullu (Rs 6 crore). Protection works along the left bank of the Parvati River from the Seund Hathithan pump house to Saraswati Vidya Mandir (Rs 7.97 crore). Flood control measures in Kullu municipal council area from Tibetan School at Gau Sadan (Rs 8.53 crore). Sukhu also performed Bhoomi Pujan for flood protection works near the Bhuntar bridge at the confluence of the Parbati and Beas rivers (worth Rs 8.14 crore), along with additional flood mitigation and embankment protection works at various vulnerable locations in Kullu.
