Godrej Properties' Debut Hyderabad Project Achieves Rs 10 Bn Sales

Godrej Properties has achieved a significant milestone with its first housing project in Hyderabad, selling over 0.84 million square feet of residential space valued at more than Rs 10 billion.

Situated in the thriving Kokapet neighbourhood, Godrej Madison Avenue was launched in January and saw over 300 homes sold within weeks. The project benefits from its strategic location, offering seamless connectivity to HITEC City, Gachibowli, the financial district, and the Outer Ring Road.

“We are thrilled with the response to our first project in Hyderabad. This success underscores the immense growth potential for Godrej Properties in the city and the strong demand for premium residential developments in Kokapet," said Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties.

Buoyed by this success, the company is set to launch a second project in Hyderabad shortly.

Expansion in Southern India In addition to its Hyderabad ventures, Godrej Properties recently acquired a 10-acre land parcel in Yelahanka, North Bengaluru, for a premium residential and retail project spanning approximately 1.5 million square feet, expected to generate revenue exceeding Rs 25 billion.
