Garuda Aerospace plans to double drone output by FY26


Garuda Aerospace, a leading Indian drone manufacturer, has announced its plans to double its drone production capacity by FY26, aiming to meet the growing demand for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) across various sectors. Currently, Garuda Aerospace manufactures around 10,000 drones annually, but with increased investments in its facilities, the output is expected to exceed 20,000 drones by FY26. The company is leveraging India?s increasing reliance on technology-driven solutions in sectors such as precision farming, land surveys, and disaster management.

Agri-drones are one of the key growth areas for Garuda Aerospace, particularly as the government and private players push for advanced agricultural technologies. The company?s drones are also utilised in infrastructure monitoring and defence applications, further diversifying its customer base.
