ESR India Unveils First EV Charging Hub at Taloja Park


ESR India has launched its first in-park EV charging station at its 89-acre Taloja Industrial and Logistics Park, fully powered by rooftop solar panels. The initiative aligns with ESR’s ESG 2030 Roadmap, reinforcing its commitment to decarbonisation. The station can charge up to 10 EVs simultaneously, catering to diverse tenant needs. ESR plans to expand such infrastructure across its assets in India, supporting the nation’s net-zero goals. CEO Abhijit Malkani highlighted ESR’s role in fostering a sustainable business ecosystem. ESR Taloja, a key investment in Mumbai’s industrial corridor, integrates eco-friendly features and IGBC Gold certification, reinforcing its position as a logistics hub.
