EOW files FIR against ATS Infrastructure due to homebuyers' complaints

The directors and promoters of ATS Infrastructure have been accused by homebuyers of deceiving them in connection with the company's project named 'Marigold,' resulting in the Economic Offences Wing registering a First Information Report (FIR). It has been alleged by approximately 1,860 individuals that they have suffered a financial loss of Rs 120.9 million, causing both mental distress and economic hardship for those who invested in the aforementioned project. The police have reported that no arrests have been made at this point, and investigations into the matter are currently ongoing.

According to the FIR, Getamber Anand, the director of ATS, was actively seeking individuals to invest in the 'Marigold' project. This project is situated on a piece of land measuring 11.1 acres in the village of Harsaru, falling within Sector 89A of Gurgaon, and is being developed by the company. The FIR alleges that in 2018, Anand, in collaboration with other directors of ATS RBPL, manipulated and persuaded the complainants to invest in the 'project.'
