Emperium seeks Rs 7.75 billion from Yamunanagar, Gurugram projects


Real estate firm Emperium Pvt Ltd plans to generate Rs 7.75 billion in revenue over the next three years from its upcoming projects in Yamunanagar and Gurugram. The company will develop a 40-acre township, "Emperium Resortico," in Yamunanagar and a luxury residential project, "Premio," in Gurugram.

Since its inception, Emperium has delivered 1.7 million square feet of residential space, completing 1,320 units in Panipat, with total revenues of Rs 3.41 billion. Over the next three years, the company plans to develop an additional 2.1 million square feet across 1,055 units.

Founder Director Ravi Saund highlighted that the Gurugram project will feature 216 luxury apartments, while the Yamunanagar township will offer villas, plots, floors, and shops-cum-offices (SCOs). He expressed confidence in Emperium's strategic expansion in Haryana, citing strong housing demand in Gurugram and other Tier-II cities.

According to PropEquity, residential property sales in Tier-II towns rose 11% in the last fiscal year, reflecting continued growth in housing demand beyond major cities.
