Elan to Invest Rs 30 Billion in Ultra-Luxury Housing in Gurugram

Real estate developer Elan Group has announced an investment of approximately Rs 30 billion to develop a new ultra-luxury housing project on Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram.
The project, named Elan The Emperor, will be located in Sector 106 and is part of a sprawling 50-acre township that will include residential apartments, branded residences, a high-end mall, a luxury 5-star hotel, and premium office spaces.

With a total investment of Rs 30 billion, the project will feature nearly 600 units spread across a saleable area of about 2.9 million square feet. This will be the second project within the township.

Elan Group has enlisted renowned international consultants for the development. SWA, a US-based landscaping architect, will design outdoor spaces, while UHA London will serve as the principal architect. Water installations will be handled by US-based WET Design, and lighting design will be managed by Dubai's CD+M. The interiors will be designed by HBA (Hirsch Bedner Associates), with structural, engineering, and sustainable solutions provided by New York-based Thornton Tomasetti. Construction will be undertaken by Leighton Group from Australia.

Elan Group's portfolio includes 15 projects across residential, retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors in Gurugram and New Delhi, totaling approximately 25 million square feet of built-up area.
