Dimple Mehta resigns as Head of Service & Parts at Tata Motors


Dimple Mehta, the former Head of Service & Parts for Domestic and International Business at Tata Motors, announced his departure and stated that he would be taking a career break.

In a recent social media post, Mehta confirmed his decision to step down, marking the end of his four-year tenure with the company. Since June 2020, he has been responsible for key operations in after-sales services, customer support, and parts management, overseeing both domestic and international markets.

With a wealth of experience in the automotive industry, Dimple Mehta has previously held leadership roles in customer care at MG Motor India and spent over nine years in various senior positions at Hyundai Motor India. His 29-year career encompasses a wide range of expertise in after-sales service, parts management, and customer relations, with past experiences at Chevrolet Sales India, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Force Motors, and TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment.

Mehta holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Agricultural Engineering from Punjab Agricultural University. However, his future career plans remain undisclosed.
