CMRL Signs Rs 65.80 Crore Contract for Madhavaram Depot OCC


The Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has signed a Rs 65.80 crore contract with M/s URC building Private Limited for the building of operations at Madhavaram depot.

The scope of work includes the design and construction of the Madhavaram depot's operation control center (OCC), which includes civil, architectural, MEP, VAC, and all associated works.

T Livingstone Eliazer, chief general manager (PP & D) of CMRL, and P Ramprasath, president projects, M/s URC Construction Private Limited signed the contract agreement in the presence of T Archunan, director (projects).
