Birla Estates buys 24.5 acre land in Mumbai for Rs 5.37 Bn


The company stated that, according to the registration document reviewed by Square Yards, Ekamaya Property Pvt Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Birla Estates Private Limited, had acquired a land parcel measuring 99,021.47 sq m. The transaction, which was completed in September 2024, involved purchasing the land from Hindalco Industries Limited. The company also noted that the deal included a stamp duty of Rs 376.1 million and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
