Bharat Mobility Expo showcases over 60 innovators in battery & EV
The Bharat Mobility Global Expo, scheduled from February 1 to 3, will feature the participation of over 60 companies specialising in battery, recycling, and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure. Organised by the India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA), the expo will include a dedicated pavilion focusing on advancements in battery technologies, recycling, and EV infrastructure.
Major industry players such as Amara Raja, LivGuard, GODI Energy, Epsilon Advanced Materials, Bhilwara Group, Replus, Himadri Speciality Chemical, Trontek Group, and Battrix are among the more than 60 firms actively engaging in the event.
Rahul Walawalkar, President of IESA and CES (Customised Energy Solutions) India, highlighted India's leading role in a transformative mobility revolution. He emphasised the expo's significance as a showcase of the nation's dedication to sustainable transportation, with a particular emphasis on the diverse innovations driving the electric mobility landscape.
Walawalkar noted that India's focus on battery technologies plays a central role in the ongoing mobility revolution. The expo aims to exhibit not only innovations powering EVs but also advancements contributing to the broader energy transition. Describing the Bharat Mobility Expo as a convergence of ideas, innovations, and investments, he emphasised the creation of a collaborative ecosystem to drive sustainable development.
The President urged stakeholders to seize the opportunity to connect, innovate, and collectively shape the future of mobility. The Bharat Mobility Global Expo, managed by 11 prominent industry associations and supported by nine ministries under the guidance of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, enjoys the participation of IESA as a key partner and a member of the coordination committee driving this global mega expo.
