He is believed to have described the Dwarka Expressway as a "world-class" project, adding that once the construction of this Delhi-Gurgaon link road is completed, people would recall him whenever they drive on it. Gadkari reportedly expressed that foreigners visiting Gurgaon would be impressed by the expressway, and hinted that although he could not reveal more details due to the election's model code of conduct, permanent relief from congestion on NH-8 was being planned.

The Union Minister is understood to have mentioned the approval of the construction of nine foot-over-bridges (FOBs) on NH-8 in Gurgaon and Rewari districts, along with four flyovers at dangerous accident spots. He noted that the work on these projects was expected to be completed by December 2025. According to traffic police data, around 400 road fatalities occur annually in Gurgaon, with 30% of these happening on the highway. Gadkari allegedly urged voters to support the BJP, noting that the accomplishments of the past 10 years were merely a preview, with more significant achievements yet to come. He also criticised the Congress party, accusing it of using the eradication of poverty as a slogan for its own benefit, while the common people remained impoverished.
