The company is developing ‘Province D Olympia’, a 63-acre plotted development on the Yamuna Expressway, near the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh.

The plots were sold in the price range of Rs 20-40 million, with total sales bookings for the first phase amounting to Rs 12 billion. The second phase, featuring approximately 200 plots, will be launched in due course.

Part of a larger 100-acre township, the project dedicates 35% of its area to green spaces. ATS has already completed and delivered a group housing project, ‘ATS Allure’, within this township, comprising over 1,100 apartments. Future developments in the township include serviced apartments and a high-street retail project.

ATS Homekraft continues to witness robust housing demand. In October, the company sold out all 340 luxury homes in the first phase of its ‘Sanctuary 105’ project on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, for ?825 crore. The second phase, comprising around 400 flats, is slated for launch this year.

With over 50 million square feet delivered to date and 30 million square feet currently under development across Delhi-NCR, Punjab, and Mumbai, ATS Group remains a key player in India’s real estate sector.
